...dont you also have to consider that perhaps we HAVE to risk a terrorist
nuclear attack? once such a thing occurs, it might serve as a catalyst for
rapid transformation regarding international regulations on weapons
development and arms dealing. as things currently stand, out of one side of
big government's mouth is concern for the people and peace and safety etc.
and out of the other comes all the big money deals with whichever nasty
entity is offering enough $ to buy their next election in return for
'devil-may-care' policy changes and favorable legislation etc. which result
in half the "terrible problems" which plague those little people they claim
to care about. the snake eats it's own tail and uses the nutrition to grow
a longer tail. we are definitely approaching a significant cusp in human
history at this time...the age of massive individual empowerment - which our
society isnt ready for by any means..and yet, here it comes - nukes arent
sold at the drugstore just yet, but such a notion is where we are
heading...and without the time to rectify the vast stupidity which we've
been encouraging for all these years in our cheap attempts to satiate our
greeds and needs - now the debt will start to be paid back.

We just cannot risk it.<<<<

Good point! We all (i.e. every person of every nation, including ours --
and
yes, even Israel) need to formally recognize that we are living in one
'world' now, thanks to rapid global transportation and communications
technologies, and we all need to submit to our common, democratically
instituted policing authority when it comes to verification of our
compliance
with our United Nations and other contractual (read Geneva Convention, etc.)
agreements and obligations to each other. If Sadam chooses not to accept
our common predicament, and comply with our common requirements, then he has
to be removed from his office as the executive leader of a nation.
