Vasectomy too, can present problems. Ever since I had my vasectomy, I
have had a condition called epidydimitis which is an inflammation of the
small sack next to the actual testicle. The sack becomes too full and
tears slightly admitting sperm into the system. My immune system then
attacks my sperm because it thinks it is an invader. This goes on pretty
much all the time. It's no fun.

Generally though, I'm told, vasectomies are fine.
