no
way to tell how many of the over 750 people executed since 1976 may

How can those killed by freed murderers have their lives and futures

If it was conclusive, it would not be confined to an advocacy site.
relatives and friends are all too willing (and I would wager more so than
cops who do not know the person in question as well) to lie and
fabricate evidence, especially after the execution of the person in
question, perhaps 'for the children' of the murderer.
