You know what, there is something I have come to realize: a lot of people
are just plain assholes, and there is no dealing with them. There are also
many wonderful people I know, and many of them inhabit this group, but I
just have to reckon with the fact that every day I am going to come across
some asshole that will try to insult me and bring me down, but I shouldn't
take it personally or seriously. Life is too short to try and rehabilitate
and reason with the many dickheads that are out there. I'd rather spend
the time with my friends instead.

Yes, in fact I do. Perhaps you just recently joined the list, but members
here talk about themselves and there lives very frequently. Foremost, it
is my understanding that this list is not about building birdhouses or
N'Sync or Nuns-in-Bondage-Who-Smoke, but it centers around the list
members. What would the list be without personalities, and the opinions
that go along with them? Normal perhaps, but also rather boring. If I'm
going to converse with members about anything under the sun for many years,
I'd like to find out who they are and get to know them. Personally, I love
the autobiographical post from newbies. I like to know who I'm talking to.
Except for people like you. I know enough assholes in real life to avoid
them on the Internet.
Of maybe you are just BLIND and missed the words "the self" in the middle
of that paragraph?

have to pay for it entirely on my own. The way the university system is
set up certainly does not help. But I actually was making a point to
Onikan about our education system, but you failed to notice that while
trying ot be critical and warping my intent. I have plenty of
responsibility in my daily life, and take plenty of it for all my actions.

sexual double standard set for women and men:
Men who have a large libido and spend a good deal of time in pursuit of

Women who are sensual, sexually dominant, bisexual, and with a healthy
appetite for the erotic-- and have no qualms about admitting such things in
public _must_ be some kind of pathetic slut with low self-esteem.

merely made two posts in response to it, and you chose me as a target for
your sorely misplaced misogynist angst, you think you can single me out for
your abuse while ignoring the guy who was insulting everyone else in a very
hypocritical fashion, and then try to justify why you are kill-filing me?
You know, anyone who reads my words and makes such harsh and foolish
judgements really should NOT be reading my posts, and I'm glad I won't have
to worry about hearing any future tripe from the Puppet.
