Those three are easier to answer in parallel.

Another question is "What kind of society would be stable under
widespread education?" This is easier to handle with the first three.

And a fifth would be "how could this be effectively implemented *now*?"
This one can definitely wait for the first four.

Whatever definition the Tao Te Ching used for education was incompatible
with the forms of stable government known when the book was composed.
Societies stable under high education will have traits different from
those we are used to.

I remember experimenting with this, but I wasn't imaginative enough to
figure out how to do it with human psychology. [The genetic hypocrisy
trait was just too much.] I have a tentative solution for an extremely
nonhuman psychology--but I doubt I would survive long in a society that
could not define weapons control laws.
