Maps can form a different kind of territory. After all, memetics itself as a theory of world views can be considered a map of maps. This is related to what I was alluding to earlier with "Level 4". If Level 3 is the realization that mental models are merely tools that can be used to a purpose, Level 4 (I suggest) is the realization that it is good to have an accurate "map of maps", that truth does indeed matter a great deal at the meta-level.
