A reminder that in 2001 el Quaeda had around 300 members. (CIA)

The leadership of el Quaeda has still not even been indicted for 9/11, the ostensible root cause for the illegal wars of aggression against other countries. (FBI)

The US has now spent or committed at least $2.7 Trillion in its idiotic "War on Terror." (Congressional hearings 2008-05)

Unfortunately not even all the original members of Al Q'aeda have been eliminated. (Osoma bin Laden is still free)

If we are generous and stipulate that 270 of the September 2001 membership of el Quaeda have been eliminated, then the cost has amounted to a round ten billion per original el Q'aeda member eliminated.

This cost-efficiency proves that el Q'aeda is vastly superior to the US in terms of cost effectiveness.

Given the number of supposed "el Q'aeda" members captured and killed by the US government since then, it is clear that Our Dear Leader's recruitment program (predicted here before Afghanistan or Iraq) on behalf of el Q'aeda has been a resounding success.

Worth noticing too, that when a criminal breaks into a house, kills people and trashes the place, that it is only an ethical incompetent who would claim that the criminal should be the one to determine how the house should be put back to rights.

These elementary elements appear to be absent from the neo-con-artist weltanschuung so thoroughly represented here by our local troll Joe Dees/Salamantis. Their absence confirms the level of delusional thinking present in the torrents of rubbish still pasted here; validating the approach of giving them the only response they have earned. Silence.

Kind Regards

Hermit

With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion. - Steven Weinberg, 1999

[Blunderov] A most golden thing.

I read somewhere that al Qaida ought not to be thought of so much as an organisation but instead a more generalised and pervading spirit of jihad. (I'll see if I can find the original piece.) In this sense, the claim that al Qaida
"has been routed" is vapid; they might just as well have claimed to have made photographs of ghosts.
