I'm in Second Life as we speak. Currently I'm in the backyard of Sat's double-wide trailer. I'm trying to connect into Chat anyway I can. First I tried Tower radiance and saw that it wasn't feeding into chat, so now I'm here, nothing is coming through to the chat logs. Of course the REAL problem is that NONE of my direct connections to #virus seem to work anymore. X-Chat can't find the server, and the Java and CGI routes don't seem to work any better. And yet I lookn in the chat logs and it seems that At least WW, Sat, and Lucifer don't have any problems getting there. Did I miss some technical memo? I miss the real time interaction with my church community  Somebody please help. I will check back here soon. Thanks.

Hey Mo.
I had the same problem a while back when Lucifer changed the BBS and IRC servers to VM's (virtual machines).
Hermit had the correct solution.
Just change your IRC port to 6669. (irc.churchofvirus.org:6669)
