Where's the 13th floor mommy?

Note: there is a poll attached to this.
So your business X venture has paid out. And now your office needs a modern, new tower (mmmm skyscraper). - Do you allow your architect/engineers to "skip" the 13th floor as per tradition? - Or do you include the #13 and be damned with the superstition? - If you included it would you predict/prepare for potential bad publicity? - Would anyone notice or truly care anymore in your opinion?
I wonder if a new elevator number plate would have to be constructed? "And also make sure floor 13 lights up in red."

I expect the landlord will find it more difficult to find leaseholders for the 13th floor, but that is the cost of progress.

[Blunderov] Perhaps the way round this difficulty would be to exploit the Lake Wobegon effect and charge extra for 13th floor suites? "Our CEO is more rational, more businesslike, more objective than your CEO..."
