I love this idea Mr Davis.
We could also share MP3's, etc.

I have BitTorrent installed on this PC, but I haven't looked into how to use it yet.
I use LimeWire Pro for P2P, but I've heard great things about BitTorrent.

BitTorrent is best for very popular and very large files.
I got my copy of Far 9-11 from it. (Never finished watching it tho)

First, read Bruce Sterling's "Distraction", and then read http://electionmethods.org.

Perhaps what we need more than a bit torrent tracker is a shared file upload/download area.
