....one nice side effect of my punishing summer in Nome, Ak. has been a 12
lb weight loss!  drank lots of beer, some crab(lots of butter), not too
much in the way of food, but tons and tons of grueling exercise:) oh, and
crystal light doesnt hurt=) two days ago at the gym i weighed in at approx.
176.9 lbs !!! my lord...i thought my metabolism was slowing, actually i was
just getting lazier with age. ive been back nearly 2 1/2 weeks and im
staying the same. eating less, crystal light(i dont like water, so i was
drinking maybe 1000 or more calories in milk and juice every day), and doing
full workouts. im extremely happy about it...i can fit into 29inch
waistlines again! i'll work hard to keep it up. proof that exercise really
does work.
