He never fails to blame the US, and to exonerate everyone else, for
everything that he considers bad; those things that happen that are
good in his estimation, however, always transpire in spite of, not
because of the US, according to his entirely predictable opinion.
I bought his e-book 9/11, and I cannot claim to have read a larger dump
truck load of bull manure this side of the King ranch (the world's largest
cattle ranch).
