Global chat time

The Sunday chat didn't happen this morning due to lack of participation. I would like to propose a new time for the global chat, maybe even replacing our current Tuesday chat time.
Assuming we don't have many Virians between Baghdad and Kathmandu, and assuming that no one wants to be awake between 2am and 6am for a chat, the best time seems to be 2300 UTC.
3pm PST (Vancouver, Seattle, SF, LA)
4pm MST (Calgary, Denver)
5pm CST (Houston, Minneapolis)
6pm EST (Montreal, Boston, NY)
8pm (Beunos Aries)
11pm GMT (London)
midnight CET (Paris, Barcelona, Geneva, Frankfurt, Oslo)
1am (Athens, Jerusalem)
7am AWST (Perth, Hong Kong)
8am (Tokyo)
9am AEST (Brisbane)
10am (Melbourne, Sydney)

It would span 2 days. I think Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun might work best, but Sun-Mon might work too depending what kind of commitments the Aussies have on Monday morning.

6.p.m on any day is iffy for me.....however..if this is the secondary chat(i.e. it doesnt replace the tuesday scheduled chat...), i suppose its mostly for the benefit of those who are not in north america...

So as I understand it, . . are we keeping the same Tuesday time and just rescheduling the second one to another time instead of 1400GMTSun?
1700CST Friday, Saturday, or Sunday would be fine with me.

The time suggested by Lucifer for the secondary chat is perfect for me. I had thought of exactly the same time but I was not sure whether it was good for anyone else.

Friday or Saturday would give a more even spread from the first chat time. We should all who have some preference express it, but if all other things are equal I suggest Lucifer deciding based on his best convenience since he has done the communication work in getting this one scheduled.

For the next chat topic 03.03/18 2100CST, I suggest this one whic I found in the "Future Chat Topics" thread.
What is wrong with this world? What are the most important problems facing us today? If you could fix anything, what would you fix first?
I think this would make a good topic, because on the last chat we talked a lot about having a vision or a purpose as a way to attract more people and improve CoV. And I think this question, posed by Lucifer, may provide one possible springboard topic toward providing some answers to this issue.
