Sumucracy Se*muc*ra*cy, n.; pl. Gk. sumuos: respected or revered and -krati'a to be strong, to rule, kra'tos strength: A system of governing which recursively and adaptively provides weight to those members of the community who are recognised by the community as being respected.

Sumucratic a.: Pertaining to sumucracy; favoring sumucracy, or constructed upon the principle of government by the respected.
