A Procedural Vote is a [Wiki Vote|WikiVote] to establish a page on the [Virian Wiki|VirianWiki] as authoritive, or to replace a previously authoritive page with some other page or pages. All [Virian Votes|VirianVoting] regarding [policy|VirianPolicy] or [doctrine|VirianDoctrine] are [Procedural Votes|VirianProceduralVote]

All [Virian Vectors|VirianVectors] [should|WikiShould] endeavor to vote in all Procedural Votes for which they are qualified by [Meridion].
