An Informational Vote is a Virian Vote to determine the sense of the Virian Vectors or, some subset of the Virian Vectors based on their reputations as determined by Meridion, on a subject or subjects. An Informational Vote may be a vote tallied by equity as determined by Meridion, or may be a poll determined by simple headcount.
All Virian Vectors may and are encouraged to vote, in all Informational Votes or Polls for which they are qualified by Meridion.
