Policy Proposals shall be established on the wiki or elsewhere as determined by the Church of Virus from time to time.
Policy Documents will have a field at the top, reflecting WorkInProgress, WorkInVoting, Accepted
or Rejected
Members cooperating on the development of policy shall coordinate between themselves. Once a proposal appears to be complete, and no further editing seems required, a vote shall be held on the adoption of that policy. Such a vote will be deemed to be a compulsory vote, and will provide an abstention button. Votes will remain open until such time as a 60% vote in favor of or rejecting that policy has been achieved, or the sum of votes and abstentions makes it clear that the policy cannot be adopted.
