very easy to apply without argument, like limiting everyone to a Max of four
per twenty-four hour period, and kicking the excess into the black hole,
along with a little automatic notification to the parent of the deceased.
"So sorry you broke the quota. I'm sure it would have been a lovely baby.
But alas it was still-born. Try again tommorrow! Love, Virus." Everyone gets
the same quota, everyone gets the same friendly-yet-condescending notice. If
you can't get it all out in four messages, you need to get more creative, or
just get a life.
