Correct me if I have read my history books incorrectly but America joined
WWII in 1941. Immediately following WWII the Cold War began which didn't end
until sometime in the 80's. In the 1960's America began its "War on Drugs"
which continues today. Also in the 60's was the fun and exciting Vietnam
war. Before that was the Korean war. Then there was the Gulf war. Now we
have the "War on Terror" which will "continue indefinately".

So I guess my question is: what is your definition of continuous?

My other question is, who is Samuel Clemens and why do you mention him in
response to anything that I wrote?

Archibald
