We should revisit the history of BCCI, a bank used by the legendary
Palestinian terrorist known as Abu Nidal. BCCI was closely tied to American
and Pakistan intelligence. Its clients included the Afghan rebels, and the
brother of Osama bin Laden, Salem. Salem bin Laden named Houston investment
broker James R. Bath as his business representative in Texas, right after
George W. Bushís father became CIA director in 1976. By 1977, Bath invested
$50,000 into juniorís first business, Arbusto Energy, while Osama bin Laden
would soon become a CIA asset. George W. Bushís FBI director Robert Mueller

In the days following General Ahmad's dismissal, a report published in the
Times of India, revealed the links between Pakistan's Chief spy Lt. General
Mahmoud Ahmad and the presumed "ring leader" of the WTC attacks Mohamed
Atta. The Times of India article was based on an official intelligence
report of the Delhi government that had been transmitted through official
channels to Washington. Quoting an Indian government source Agence France
Press (AFP) confirms in this regard that: "The evidence we [the Government
of India] have supplied to the US is of a much wider range and depth than
just one piece of paper linking a rogue general to some misplaced act of
terrorism."
The revelation of the Times of India article has several implications. The
Indian intelligence report not only points to the links between ISI Chief
General Ahmad and terrorist ringleader Mohamed Atta, it also indicates that
other ISI officials might have had contacts with the terrorists. Moreover,
it suggests that the September 11 attacks were not an act of "individual
terrorism" organised by a separate Al Qaeda cell, but rather they were part
of coordinated military-intelligence operation, emanating from Pakistan's
ISI.
The Times of India report also sheds light on the nature of General Ahmad's
"business activities" in the US during the week prior to September 11,
raising the distinct possibility of ISI contacts with Mohamed Atta in the US
"prior" to the attacks on the WTC, precisely at the time when General
Mahmoud and his delegation were on a so-called "regular visit of
consultations" with US officials.
In assessing the alleged links between the terrorists and the ISI, it should
be understood that Lt. General Ahmad as head of the ISI was a "US approved
appointee". As head of the ISI since 1999, he was in liaison with his US
counterparts in the CIA, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the
Pentagon. Also bear in mind that Pakistan's ISI remained throughout the
entire post Cold War era until the present, the launch-pad for CIA covert
operations in the Caucasus, Central Asia and the Balkans
The existence of an "ISI-Osama-Taliban axis" was a matter of public record.
The links between the ISI and agencies of the US government including the
CIA are also a matter of public record. The Bush Administration was fully
cognizant of Lt. General Ahmad's role. In other words, rather than waging a
campaign against international terrorism, the evidence would suggest that it
is indirectly abetting international terrorism, using the Pakistani ISI as a
"go-between".

The first joint presentation involving Ruppert and Chossudovsky, an
economics professor, presented the strongest evidence to date that not only
did the Bush Administration have complete foreknowledge of the attacks and
allow them to happen, but also that the CIA had a direct hand in financing
the attacks. Chossudovsky presented documentary evidence from ABC news,
citing FBI sources, confirming a report that Gen. Mahmud Ahmad, then-chief
of the Pakistani intelligence service (ISI), ordered for $100,000 to be
wired to lead hijacker Mohammed Atta just weeks before the attacks. The new
corroboration from U.S. media, using FBI sources, gave considerable weight
to earlier press stories originating in India linking the ISI to 9-11.

These are the very first words in the book: "Ever since the continents
started interacting politically, some five hundred years ago, Eurasia has
been the center of world power."- p. xiii.Ý Eurasia is all of the territory
east of Germany and Poland, stretching all the way through Russia and China
to the Pacific Ocean. It includes the Middle East and most of the Indian
subcontinent. The key to controlling Eurasia, says Brzezinski, is
controlling the Central Asian Republics. And the key to controlling the
Central Asian republics is Uzbekistan. Thus, it comes as no surprise that
Uzbekistan was forcefully mentioned by President George W. Bush in his
address to a joint session of Congress, just days after the attacks of
September 11, as the very first place that the U.S. military would be
deployed.
As FTW has documented in previous stories, major deployments of U.S. and
British forces had taken place before the attacks. And the U.S. Army and the
CIA had been active in Uzbekistan for several years. There is now evidence
that what the world is witnessing is a cold and calculated war plan - at
least four years in the making - and that, from reading Brzezinskiís own
words about Pearl Harbor, the World Trade Center attacks were just the
trigger needed to set the final conquest in motion.
World events since the attacks of September 11, 2001 have not only been
predicted, but also planned, orchestrated and - as their architects would
like to believe - controlled. The current Central Asian war is not a
response to terrorism, nor is it a reaction to Islamic fundamentalism. It is
in fact, in the words of one of the most powerful men on the planet, the
beginning of a final conflict before total world domination by the United
States leads to the dissolution of all national governments. This, says
Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) member and former Carter National
Security Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski, will lead to nation states being
incorporated into a new world order, controlled solely by economic interests
as dictated by banks, corporations and ruling elites concerned with the
maintenance (by manipulation and war) of their power. As a means of
intimidation for the unenlightened reader who happens upon this frightening
plan - the plan of the CFR - Brzezinski offers the alternative of a world in
chaos unless the U.S. controls the planet by whatever means are necessary

This position is corroborated by Dr. Johannes B. Koeppl, Ph.D. a former
German defense ministry official and advisor to former NATO Secretary
General Manfred Werner. On November 6, he told FTW, "The interests behind

have prepared for and are now moving to implement open world dictatorship

Was Cheney Saddam Hussein's Biggest Supplier?
A respected journal reports that while Dick Cheney as the Halliburton CEO,
Halliburton sold more technology to Saddam Hussein than any other U.S.
corporation. Starting in 1998, at least two Halliburton subsidiaries sold
Iraq $23.8 million worth of oil industry parts and equipment. These deals
were arranged by Halliburton and routed through subsidiaries to avoid
political exposure. More than any other U.S. company, Cheney's Halliburton
helped Iraq restore its ability to earn the money to develop weapons of mass
destruction. As if that is not bad enough, Cheney lied about and covered up
his company's involvement in supplying weapons to Iraq. He lied to the

whistles were blowing in the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing regarding
FBI incompetence, director Robert Mueller was forced to admit that under the
current system, it could take up to three years just to get his email. In
order to deflect attention from this, President MORON announced a proposal
to create a cabinet level agency to provide security for the Fatherland.
This agency would be known as the Bureau for Underestimating Terrorist
Threats, or President MORON's BUTT. After eight months of denial and
rejection of the notion that there should be a new branch of government,
President MORON proposed a new agency which would employ one hundred seventy
thousand people, thus making it larger than any other agency except for the
Department of Defense. However, in order to avoid admitting any mistakes or
acknowledging his own intelligence failure, this new agency would not
actually improve the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, the NSC or any other so-called
intelligence agency in any way, but would allow President MORON to control
unpatriotic employees like Coleen Rowley.
From now on, we'll do all the finger pointin'
It would in fact, combine nine existing federal departments which contain
over one hundred agencies. Their proposed initial thirty seven billion
dollar budget, slightly more than twice the airline industry bailout, would
purportedly be funded by "savings" from the reduction of redundant
redundancies in the current agencies. In a televised address to the nation
tonight, President MORON said, "We are leadin' the civ'lized world in a
titanic struggle against Terra. Freedom and fear are at war, and freedom is
winnin', so we must repress freedom and make you fearful to make sure the
war never ends. Did I mention that this is gonna take a long time and
require more tax cuts? From now on instead of havin' a buncha agencies that
a Democratic Senate can question, there will be only one agency that answers
directly to me, where we will point the fingers, and control all leaks. Now,
