Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan or Kazakhstan, who
have all provided us with varying levels of assistance in Afghanistan.
Their governments have had their own internal problems with Al
Quaeda backed terrorists.

If it is discovered by the governments of any of the five states I listed
that Osama Bin Laden is indeed hiding within their borders, they would
both act to apprehend tham and open their doors to US help in doing so
so fast it would make your head spin. Pursuant to our Afghani
operations, we already have, with the full knowledge and consent of
their governments, personnel and the use of bases in most of these
nations.
