On the whole, I regard not looking at MTV as being the most desirable course; I neither have access to it or wish to have access to it. As such, I am not entirely sure to what you might be alluding.
That said, there was an interesting recent news item concerning a drugs operation in London that was run far more professionally than many legitimate businesses; bulk discounts and loyalty schemes, staff bonuses...
