Something I've noticed about *most* people in the US is that they cannot take
responsibility for their own actions and must try to blame someone else
(hence the endless frivilous lawsuits). This even goes all the way up to
government, as there is always a scapegoat. 20 years ago it was the
Communists, now it's the Islamic Terrorists.

I've started watching Fox News recently (god knows why), and every other
story is about terrorism. Here in the UK, we don't get anything on the news
about it, apart from the attacks themselves (like the attempted Dirty Nuke
recently).

ISains are, in a way, being indoctrinated. They are being trained to believe
that the terrorists are responsible for anything and everything that happens.
