Now- that is the way _I_ remember the saying, and if asked, I would say
that Santayana was the originator.
Now, we've seen various versions of the same thing, and I've seen FDR
credited as well. I've actually been to the FDR memorial in DC on two
occasions, and don't remember it.... Not that I paid that much attention
either time. So, was it indeed Santayana? and what is the actual quote?
