The equation or rather, question of conciousness is what led
self-absorbed man to such great heights of self-importance and finally
God.....everyone supposes it's some bit of supernatural
wonderment....and unless youre willing to concede that there is some
supernatural origin in our history, or a God....why don't you just
assume, as would be reasonable that it's just an incredibly complex
system of biological nature. I think most would have to agree that our
understanding of the bio-world is at a fledgling stage currently. Your
ponderings and suppositions are a 20th century equivelant to early man's
wondering and then deciding that the stars must be gods....just because
the answers and indeed even the means of getting them were outside the
boundaries of their understanding..........at that time, of course.
