Possibly, yes. Likely? No, not at this stage. I haven't even touched
on how the "packaging" and "marketing" of the idea might be handled,
so any analysis regarding efficacy of infection is premature at best.
Obviously, you would want to attach complimentary memes to the effort,
and to fix it in place at the other end of the spectrum from where the
prevailing aversion memes tied to bureaucracy reside.
