I agree John, it has something to do, in my opinion, with being able to
predict the outcome of actions. I still think knowledge and experience
are the largest factors, but some skill that wisdow contains is missing
here. Knowledge and experience in the hands of some people turns to
wisdom, while in others it does not. What are the missing components?
