Yep we do know about Derek's breakthrough. Though it is only supposed to be
for the terminally ill, we refer folks to it who aren't necessarily
physically ill. Sometimes, mental illness can be much more painful and
unbearable, and that should also be taken into consideration.
Suicide is always an option for everyone. It should be legal and
state-aided.
