The reason I tend to stick with the memetic processing jargon is that (a) I
think it's really good fun and (b) there seems to be so little language out
there that I can use to describe the systems I'm trying to describe, that
once I hook into a word like "meme" I can't stop, because it seems to work
quite well.
My whole life's a struggle between the side of me that wants to piss about
all the time and the side that wants to bludgeon its head to bits reducing
everything it feels to networked informational interactions.
And heck, it IS a memetics mailing list, isn't it?
