I agree that the concept of a idea-generating Tarot deck is different from
a card game. On the other hand, Tarot cards were used to play card games,
hence (as someone has already said) the development of playing cards. It
seems (especially if we are thinking af doing this over the net) like we
sould be able to create something which can do both...or two sets that are
closely related allowing someone experienced with one to feel immediatly
comfortable with the other.

I think the idea of a game of some sort should be pursued. I don't know if
the game-audience is larger, but it certianly is different.
