Inge Bell published a book called "This Book is not Required" which as one
of it's excercises asked the reader to do something similar. The point is
an old one, in that different words conjure up different images. This is
how we get spin-doctors. "Shell Shock" becomes "Combat Fatigue" and then
"Post Traumatic Stress Disorder"... Just imagaine "World Massacre I" and
"World Massacre II" or "The Gulf
Slaughter".
