virus: META: virus-digest now available

Due to the recent increase of traffic on the Virus list, I've created
a digest version (which collects all the messages sent to the list
and sends them out in one message once a day).

To switch over to the digest list, send a message to majordomo@lucifer.com
with the following 3 commands in the body of the message:

subscribe virus-digest
unsubscribe virus
end

(The "end" command will stop the list processor from trying to parse
your signature.)
