Is that a quote from "Celestine Prophecy"? I know I have heard or read almost
exactly word for word what you posted...

As far as pre-knowing of an incident, I often wonder if it's like ripples in
time. You pick up on something that is about to happen because this wave/event
is coming towards you and you get a bit of warning through some sensory input.
For me, it always seems to be within a few seconds... Never much longer...
