I've turned the latest version of the FAQ (1.1) into an html file

I still think it needs work before we can post it. e.g. shouldn't we
have a question on post-modernism/post-structuralism and what we
learned about truth from them. (at least *something* that includes
the phrase "the map is not the territory"). And maybe a question like
"what are the current Virian projects/interests?" would also be
appropiate.
My design is totally arbitrary -- and actually should be changed to
fit in with the current design of Virus (of course)
