I really like this thought. A great deal of this discussion has been getting just a bit to complex for me. I've not been around that long. But, I do have the distinct impression that our intent is not to scare people off. I believe the idea is to stretch our minds and perspectives, through an exchange of ideas and healthy debate.
Keeping the maxims simple increases the initial understanding and intent of
the list. Borrowing from your above phrase, I think we can say that the
Church of Virus is a place from (/in) which to explore.
