Meme-spotting!

I found mention of memetics on a web site discussing Sex and Gender:

1. What is your response to this person's comments on memetics?
2. Honestly, what is YOUR definition of gender? (make sure you distinguish between 'sex' and 'gender' first, as in biological vs. social)
