I wonder what meme it is that has Clinton continually saying "no ground
troops". I can understand screwing around, but why this policy? Of what
benefit is eliminating this option so publicly?
About the "Force Meme" - I must admit it that I agree it is the only one
currently understood by Milosovic that I am aware of. All the years that I
was much more passive (read anti-military) I could not understand
Does anyone have an alternative that is viable?
