I just had a suggestion (and I could code it in if you'd like..)
But most votes dont have a catagory or any way you can organize them in any way. It's sort of a mess. I would like to suggest having the catagory section being a required field, and adding some catagories that would most likely be used, and have an option to add a new one for those who are allowed to create topics to vote on.
Also incorporate (very easy) being able to sort by topic, creator, and the status.

Most issues being voted on do not have a displayed catagory.
I was suggesting making a drop down box with a list of catagories, and allowing users to add to that list of catagories as they see fit.

Ah... I see it has changed since I created one last. Although there is no room for users to create their own catagories and add them to the list.

The category is only displayed once for each category. All issues in a category are grouped under it.

Yes, that was changed by design. I decided we didn't want a proliferation of categories.
