I was over here at my headbands address which I havent used in ages due
to spam and thought I would see if any of these addresses were active.
Some of you I knew from CoV. One was a neighbor in Grantham. ......etc.
Salt and I debated online.
In May of 2005 I set up a website http://www.stopthereligiousright.org
It takes a serious look at the historical revisionism of the religious
right. I have had 37,000 unique visiors and almost 70,000 pageloads. The
site deals with the actual rise and record of church-state alliances. I
detail the alliances of Constantine, Theodosius and Justinian with the
church/ It shows that almost nothing good has come of these alliances
("loathesome alliances" as Thomas Jefferson put it). I show how emperors
and Kings ratified church council decisions. Also in the first stages
arew how the religious right fought the liberty expansions of abolition,
suffrage, and mixed race marriages. A comparison of the religious
right's rhetoric and The 1936 Nazi creation of "The Reich Central Office
for the Combating of Homosexuality and Abortion" is detailed along with
Stalin's mandatory 9 year prison sentence and Castro's persecution of
gays. The rhetoric is the same as the religious rights (both Christians
and Muslims). My latest additions are "A History of Religious Tests
325-1787" and a side by side comparison of the scriptures of the Bible
and the Quran. (There is more hellfire and judgement day in the Quran
than in the Bible)
