Who says debate is dead in America? Take a look at these photos of two churches across the street from each other:

Hah. I'm liking the Catholic side of this debate. That and they accept evolution (at least in the sense of common descent and a billions-years-old universe). I know I'll never convert, and there is plenty of papal dogma I can do without, but I'd take a cafeteria Catholic over most other Christian flavors. Yes there are some other even more reasonable liberal Christian breeds, but they are such a tiny groups by comparison. If you are trying to balance community size and susceptibility to reason, I'd have a hard time not at least considering them if I felt I really needed a Christian community. Of course there is that whole birth control issue, and pedophile priests to consider, . . . nah, I just stick to my imaginary friend, Satan. He's much safer company all things considered. Plus he LOVES puppies too! Being such animal himself, of course, he's got nothing but empathy for our hedonistic needs. All doggies go to heaven. If not . . . fuck heaven, I'm following the doggies.

PS. I think if you check out the consistent shadow positions and the cars in the background on the Catholic side, plus consider that every picture is shot at precisely the same angle/position, you can easily conclude that these are just a parade of the same two pictures with different text spliced into the signs. Perhaps it may be a close sequence of pictures all shot from the same two angles with sign changes in between . . . I suppose given the right equipment, that may be the simplest explanation. Anyway, I think everything was shot on the same day in close temporal and spacial proximity. -Mo

There is indeed a simple explanation. All images were created using the church sign generator.
