I'm not saying that there aren't people out there whose lives may be hollowed out by: the internet, comfortable & convenient malls, slurpees available 24hrs, cheap fast food, wireless everything, etc. I however take a more pragmatic approach to it all; for the most part I appreciate living (usually) inside corporate culture, I don't take it for granted.
