convicted felons can vote, apparently

convicted felons have a temp suspension of their right to vote and felons on probation dont have their right to vote yanked from them..it has long been argued that african american population and the minorities dont have much of a voice because they cannot vote...apparently, this isnt so...there is no reason for people not to take a flying pee at the congress..it is, afterall, their god given right according to the constitution..i hope the rest of america utilises it...how this idea that felons cant vote and have no voice came about and took hold is unclear..but it is definitely wickedly shrewd ..
