How many have you read?
I've read Lord of the Rings, Neuromancer and Snow Crash. I expected to see the LotR but was pleased to see the other two on the list.

I've read 25 of them, I've started a couple more but didn't manage to get into them (particularly the Pynchon). I think a UK top 100 would be very different - certainly there would be no SF

I must remember to change this sig regularly

Amazing the interesting threads you miss when you don't take the time to explore beyond the top 10 current posts - much. meh
Anyways I've read 9.
A Clockwork Orange Anthony Burgess
Lord of the Flies William Golding
The Lord of the Rings J.R.R. Tolkien
Naked Lunch William Burroughs
Neuromancer William Gibson
1984 George Orwell
Snow Crash Neal Stephenson
Tropic of Cancer Henry Miller
And I was particularly pleased to find a comic book on that list!
Watchmen Alan Moore & Dave Gibbons
