I am a curious person like most people that would be interested in this story so I didn't really bother me. Although I was wandering if it was going to go over the line since I don't know where that line is I was even more intriqued. It kept me interested throughout the story and it ended before I knew it. I think it could of been much longer. I would even have read it if thier grand grand grand children would have started making computers again. And they could bring back the original characters at that piont or whatever. If it gets me thinking a long these lines I have to say it was a good book. That is all I really ask for when reading. Let me know when the sequel comes out localroger.    Report to moderator   Logged MoEnzyme Anarch Gender: Posts: 2256 Reputation: 3.73 Rate MoEnzyme infidel lab animal Re:MOPI [spoilers] « Reply #2 on: 2003-05-01 14:29:08 » Very good book to start off the Virian book club!  I was there at the chat with the author.  If you have read the book, be sure to check out the logs for the chat.  Rhino has made the suggestion of having at least 5 people for a good chat.  I think that is a good number.  I Emailed around to make sure that we had at least five commitments before Lucifer made the invitation to Roger.  I have since talked to Roger in IRC and he hinted that he may be willing to do another MOPI chat if we get more new people interested in the book.  Jubungalord (if you are interested) makes one more.  If others are interested in trying this, be sure to let us know here on this thread.  When we have enough, I'm sure it will be easy enough to schedule and make it happen again!  I think we can still cover more issues with this book with a new crowd, and I'm sure Roger wouldn't mind either, so I think at least another round is in order for those interested.
