This was a very easy change to make; now all Virians with reputations greater than 6 will find a new link at the bottom of the vote index to "Add New Issue". Please take care to get the wording right and pick a suitable category before opening the vote to others. Feel free to get advice via the mailing list or the #virus channel. And have fun!
