virus: How can I start a new poll?

Feature idea:
Member ability to create a poll. Each poll has a "I dislike this poll" checkbox. Polls are sorted by an algorithm combining time, reputation, and popularity. Popularity is measured by the number of voters minus the number of "I dislike" votes.

[Lucifer] Currently all members with a reputation greater than 7 can establish a new Meridion vote. If you have an idea for a poll, please suggest it in the BBS Suggestion Box board >> http://virus.lucifer.com/bbs/index.php?board=8
