Super Volcano
The BBC is shooting a television movie called Super Volcano in Vancouver right now. When I first heard of this I thought it was a cheapo disaster flick. It may be cheap but upon learning a bit more about it I began to do some websearch. Below are a couple of the many sites regarding this new global threat to add to our ever growing list of doomsday events. Basically if you live in North America you're screwed. Nevermind running....You're really screwed.

I didn't realize volcanos were that huge. That's enormous. Supervolcano explosions are the worst natural disaster. Maybe asteriod collision tops that but it would have to be a gigantic asteriod. In 50 years natural disasters might be leading cause of death. Them ar fight'n words yall Ecofreaks.

the yellowstone national park is a supervolcano waiting to erupt anytime...fascinating..almost makes me want to ship certain characters out there....altho' i am not sure the resident wildlife will be pleased..
