The Age of Reason
Cold like the loudest silence, as silent as the shadows, as shadowing as a martyr's death, deadly like the heel of Achilles, ... is the pain you will feel tonight.
... your tool for mending is used for bending...
There is no escape tonight, no avoiding my plight, there is nothing you can say, to help you get away, because I am secure, and you can prove no more.
...for tonight all your beliefs shall be stripped away...
whispering like the darkness, as dark as the blinding light, as light as your god's heaven, heavenly like a divine truth, ... is the enlightenment I can bring.
There is no need for holding on now...
There will no longer be delusion, truth can only help remove confusion, throw down your wine and bread, those false beliefs shall be dead, for now you are secured, and your mind reassured.
tonight you have grown, you are free to be your own, you've remove your chains, which were implaced to keep you "sane", your room for growth is now spacious, room for you to become sagacious.
... take your wings and fly...
