New policy: limits of daily posts

The vote on Limiting daily posts has passed and the policy has been implemented effective immediately. The maximum number of posts in any given 24-hour period will be limited to (1+reputation) rounded down. This means that everyone not yet in Meridion will get 1 post per day. When you join Meridion you start with a reputation of 5 which corresponds to 6 posts/day, so that may be a good reason to join 
When you post a new message or reply to one you will be notified of how many remaining posts you have near the top of the page. Something like "You have posted 3 out of your limit of 6 messages in the last 24 hours."
