Personally I leave them for Americans to put out and point to them.
They do a pretty good job of it too, whereas their own abuses tend to
be covered up.

Yup. But luckily the American Human Rights organizations get plenty of
funding and resources from their government to point out those abuses,
and they get PLEEENTY of media coverage too right when they want it.
The fact is this torture thing has been going on for ages, and keeps going
on around the world. The only way to fight it is to bring it out to light
and put it in front of people's noses.
